The Iteco classical CHENILLE CLEARER goes ahead till the third edition: CHENILLE CLEARER 3.
This glorious clearer arrives at the 3rd generation with a new style but the same contents and strength. Particularly recommended for very small beginners chenille yarn manufacturers, can be used also as spare for old Iteco installations. In fact the Chenille Clearer 3 model is FULLY exchangeable with the previous edition of the Chenille Clearers. Even the fixing holes for the winding machine bracket remain the same; just remove the old one and screw the new one in.
Connections and compatibility with the Chenille Clearer II Power Unit are equal than the old models.
Yarn count can be different on each head and defect length remain the same for group of 6. The new electronic calibration procedure as the CC II has been improved with a lighter LED. The new yarn brake bracket insure a wide range of adjustment to vary the angle of the yarn going through the adjustable optical surface.
Power Unit still controls up to 6 heads, providing defect length adjustment and double power supply releases @ 220 and 110v.
