 The Iteco 'W-STOP' interface makes the winding machine intelligent.
Thanks to the electronic connection between clearers and winder created by the W-STOP, a lot of Operator human mistakes can be definitively prevented. The W-STOP, independently interfaced with every single head/clearer, stops the winding head everytime the yarn doesn't pass correctly into the clearer.
In fact, from time to time, happens that an Operator starts the winder head without the yarn well place into the clearer with thousands
meter of not cleared yarn! 
W-STOP makes your operations safer even in case of clearer trouble
or servicing needs; W-STOP also stop the winder head everytime the
clearer doesn't work.
W-STOP is available as Linking Unit upgrading, including cabling (6)
and PLU aluminium frame (1) and works for groups of 6 heads. W-stop is Gold and Millennium compatible. |
